Mediation - Traditional Mediators often struggle with properly educating a divorcing couple on the financial complexities of their settlements. As a Certified Divorce Mediator and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, I am trained in all of the financial intricacies of divorce. I combine my experience as a wealth advisor with mediation training to offer an Empowered Mediation Model.
Collaborative Divorce - In reality, divorcing couples go through 3 divorces at once. Every divorce has a legal, financial and emotional component to it. As a result, people often become lost and confused during their divorce process and tend to block out one or two aspects and only focus on one. The collaborative divorce model was created to address all 3 of these areas.
Financial Advocacy - Regardless of the reasons that you have decided to end your marriage, you and your spouse are engaged in divorce litigation and the financial complexities are overwhelming, confusing, and you might feel like you’re not getting much clarity from your attorney. We can partner with you, your mediator and/or your attorney to help you navigate the financial waters of divorce with confidence and clarity.
